**About Our Client**:
My client is a prominent, not-for-profit, English theatre company in Asia that engages with communities through their productions and programmes, which consist of a diverse range of original works, classic plays, and popular productions from renowned stages.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase engagement and integration of theatrical works into the education curriculum in Singapore.
- Plan and execute local and international participatory and professional development programmes for stakeholders, such as teachers, and participants.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as educational institutes, community partners, international affiliates, and local funders.
- Manage internal participants, including the recruitment, mentorship for team members and freelance teaching artists.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- About 5 years of experience in developing and executing structured education events in the Arts sector - including the review of programmes with teachers.
- Relevant experience in engaging with potential partners and fund-raising (local & international) opportunities.
- Comfortable with working in large teams, including the management and engagement of freelance artists, volunteers.
- Comfortable with working on weekends and evenings, during show-times at the theatre.
