DFT Design Engineer

**Requirements**:
1.Proficient in Mentor/Synopsys and scripting languages such as tcl/Python;
2.Master the knowledge of BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST/LBIST related DFT circuit, master the timing analysis method;
3.Experience in ATPG and simulation verification, able to analyze problems independently;
4.Understand IP (PLL / Sensor / PCIE / HBM/FUSE /...) Basic functions and test methods;
5.Understand the test related knowledge and analysis methods.

职位介绍

岗位职责：

1、 根据 design合理设计DFT方案；

2、 使用 Mentor/Synopsys工具插入 DFT电路（JTAG/BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST/LBIST等）；

3、 对DFT电路进行相关验证（ATPG/BIST仿真/IP验证/Formality）；

4、 DFT电路时序分析；

5、 生成测试向量，协助Test Engineer进行失效分析。

岗位要求：

1、熟练使用Mentor/Synopsys工具，熟练使用tcl/Python等脚本语言；

2、掌握BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST/LBIST相关DFT电路知识，掌握时序分析方法；

3、有ATPG、仿真验证经验，能够独立分析问题；

4、了解IP（PLL/Sensor/PCIE/HBM/FUSE/...）基本功能及测试方法；

5、了解测试相关知识及分析方法。

Pay: $13,030.00 - $22,803.00 per month
