**Working hours**: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

1 year renewable contract role

**Objectives of the Position**:
To provide support to the Regional Human Resources (HR) function of the Agricultural Solutions (AP) Asia Pacific business with a focus on HR data, systems, analytics, documentation, processes and projects. In particular, a number of HR processes are in a state of change and development, so this role will be key in helping define a smooth setup and execution of the evolved processes and structures. Ensuring all assigned duties are carried out in a timely, efficient & organized way.

**Responsibilities**:
**HR Data & Documentation**: maintenance, reporting and analytics

Ensure AP data in Asia Pacific is maintained in all the countries and systems in a consistent manner to allow for smooth running of processes as well as enable data analytics.
Update personnel data in various systems and databases for topics such as succession management, talent management, talent profiles etc
Undertake regular reporting of various personnel data, including but not limited to Full-time Equivalent (FTE) tracking, demographic reports, work anniversaries, retention and hiring trends, employee feedback, training logs etc
Review, maintain and update HR documentation across the region. Key topics include job descriptions, policies and procedures across countries,

Learning and development

Support regional learning and development initiatives. Coordination and administrative support for various trainings, AP Mentoring program, developmental webinars etc. Scope includes coordination with vendors, gathering nominations, preparing participant information, managing scheduling and invitations, admin support to training delivery, gathering, and reporting training feedback as well as making improvement suggestions.
Develop and execute AP regional onboarding approach
Manage AP Mentoring program

Organization structures

Setup and maintain the Operational Leadership Structures in collaboration with country HR and shared service HR.
Support, as needed, in review organization structures including data collection and analyses for current state through org charts, job descriptions catalogues, roles and responsibilities mapping, process mapping. Participate in to-be structures design including documentation of future state, writing Job Descriptions, supporting strata evaluations, and communications of the same.

Performance Management

Support in setting up the regional performance management process; manage the timely execution of performance management process including calibration sessions, data checks for completeness etc in alignment with country HR and shared service HR.

HR Meeting support

Support to set up and coordinate meetings related to people topics including with leaders, managers, employees and HR teams; such as preparing meeting materials, to be the meeting minutes taker and run the sessions as appropriate. Key meetings will include quarterly HR Community meetings, AP Succession and Talent Forums

**Others**:
Support in preparing personnel announcements and other relevant communications
Support to HR projects
Other adhoc tasks and responsibilities

**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Management or any other related field of studies.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a complex and matrix organization. Preferable with Human Resource experiences.
Familiarity with personnel data management preferred.
Team player with strong personal and communication skills
Able to analyze data and streamline processes
Resourceful and able to work independently
