Singapore FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead, develop and execute the commercial and operational strategy for Home Therapies in Asia Pacific to achieve long-term business goals with full P&L responsibility.
- Ensure that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives.
- Understand the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
- Review existing products, services, and markets.
- Undertake market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the business), to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimised.
- Champion and lead each new product or service development, from innovation through to successful implementation across each business function, to enable it to become a core part of the business.
- Assess the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities.
- Maintain an awareness of external factors (including competitors, pharmaceutical developments, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to commercial activities) which impact the business. Develop and implement solutions to address these external factors. Communicate such information and any subsequent changes to the Home Vertical senior management team.
- Represent the Home Products Vertical externally e.g. at networking events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimise all business development opportunities.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Clinical Education (China & Rest of Asia Pacific Commercial Operations teams) to manage key customers (existing and new), thereby improving turnover and profitability.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments (e.g. Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Services, Digital Services & Solutions, Global Medical Office, Care Delivery) to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business.
- Communicate with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.
- Collate and analyse business data pertaining to all commercial activities.
- Ensure good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar relevant work experience.
- Good spoken English as a pre-requisite, with a second Asian language a plus. Credible communicator with excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Experience working with different healthcare stakeholders (e.g. Physicians, Patients, Payors) within the Asia Pacific region.
- Extensive managerial experience in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources.
- Experience in Sales, General Management, and / or Commercial Operations.
- Proven track record as a business leader in growth, innovation, turn-around, and cost-cutting business environments.
- Experienced leader of an international organization, ideally cross-functional.
- Experience working with C-Suite a plus.
