**Job Summary**: A leading international construction consultancy with an established and growing office in Singapore, is searching for a Senior Cost Manager, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of various projects, from initial concept to final account settlement. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, manage project costs, and deliver the highest standards of quality, integrity, and transparency.

**Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control.
- Review contract documents and make suggestions/modifications related to MEP trades.
- Lead and manage MEP subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.
- Assist the scheduling department in developing detailed CPM schedules for MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading.
- Coordinate with the superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans.
- Review and approve materials and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
- Provide cost management solutions for builders' works in addition to MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

**Key requirements in this role will include but not be limited to**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience working on Data Centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP trades and their associated costs.
- Proven ability to manage project costs and deliver projects within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
