An exciting and challenging Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Financial APAC has been made available at Bridge Data Centres. About the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Financial APAC Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting APAC, you will be responsibile for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financial reports, coordination of accounting and audit matters and supporting accounting and technical discussions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the subsidiaries management accounts. Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports for internal and external reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee the general ledger and month-end closing activities for a portfolio of entities, including analysis of the financial performance of the entities.
- Responsible for the coordination of all internal and external audit requirements including statutory audit, and group reporting requirements.
- Support accounting operations including PTP cycle, RTR cycle, taxation, etc. where required.
- Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- Execution of controls in accordance with accounting policies, reporting standards and compliance requirements
- Undertake special assignment, ad hoc assignment & related duties as and when necessary

To succeed in this Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Financial APAC Role, you must possess knowledge of, and experience in financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and SFRS(I) including previous relevant SEC and SOX reporting experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognised educational institute.
- Professional qualification of CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Big 4 accounting firm, group audit management and listed company experience desired.
- Knowledge of, and experience in financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and SFRS(I) including previous relevant SEC and SOX reporting experience.
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder management and good communication skills effectively across all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
