**HR Operations Executive
**Main function**:Human Resource Management
People are the ultimate executor of strategies and technologies, HR should be the champion of people, to **_hire the right people, develop the right capabilities and build the right culture.

HR acts as the ‘brains’ for business human capital needs focusing on getting ahead of the human capital challenge curve and addressing these challenges. Champion of culture in driving client’s way of working by taking the lead to utilise technology to reduce toil so that HR can focus on more strategic initiatives and leverage on data and analytics to drive insights and actions.
**Purpose of the role**:Part of the team in addressing the human capital needs and is responsible to resolve day-to-day people issues, administrative works, as well as HR technology maintenance.

**Job Description:
**Main Accountabilities**:
HR Operations:
- Handles full spectrum of payroll, claims, CPF contribution and tax filing (annual e-submission of income and tax clearance) by working closely with the outsourced payroll vendor through the Global Payroll Platform;
- Oversees global payroll through the Global Payroll Platform by working closely with the overseas HR payroll colleague;
- Performs routine tasks required to administer HR programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves and maintains compliance with labour regulations;
- Performance improvement Plan tracking;
- Annual performance management process - work closely with the HR colleagues in ensuring all appraisals and objective settings are fully completed via the HR System. Run regular reports to update on the progress and work with the managers to ensure they complete the exercise;
- Ensures compliance with statutory reporting (e.g.: MOM survey reports) and filing requirement e.g.: CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims;
- Prepare reports for the board including but not limited to payroll, turnover/attrition, headcount;
- Be prepared to work as a team to assist with other HR & Administration matters.
Talent Acquisition Process:
- Recruitment process - updating of CV tracker, selection and facilitating the hiring process; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for the openings and updating the job descriptions.
- Preparing and drawing standard employee contracts, letters and documents;
- Employee onboarding and off boarding process (including exit interviews);
- Updating of information and uploading of documents into the Human Resource System (HRS);
- Maintain complete organized and up to date physical personnel files.
Others:
- Be the “go to” person for HR System (currently Leapsup);
- Assist with reception duties in the absence of the receptionist at any one of the facilities in the event the floating receptionist and the administrative executive are unavailable to stand in.

- Timeliness and accuracy of documents, presentations and reports to deliver;
- Relationship with internal and external customers;

- Efficiency and effectiveness of tasks performed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in HRM with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling the required tasks;
- Superb working experience with HR systems and payroll processing;
- Strong numbers and analytical acumen;
- Detail oriented;
- Strong MS Skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) to ensure all documents are presented in the most professional manner taking care of all minor formatting details.
- Team player - knowing that as a team we will achieve greater heights instead of individual;
- Action oriented, organized and dependable. Possess strong drive to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner;
- Bubbly nature - not someone who’s too philosophical;
- Be able to accepts disagreement in ideas and at work and mature to know it’s all about work.
