
HR Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end talent management responsibilities, including onboarding and offboarding
- Providing HR generalist support, including managing and processing payroll, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinating HR activities and processes
- Supporting talent management initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and learning and development
- Handling employee grievances and ensuring timely resolution
- Managing data and information and supervising its flow within the organization
- Recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, and employee relationship management inclusive of handling pay slips
- Supporting day-to-day business activities and keeping system confidential up-to-date
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations and generalist roles
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of HRMS software and Microsoft Office suite
