**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Marketing & Performance**
- Develop and lead SEO/SEM strategies that enhance search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and maximize ROI across all digital channels.
- Improve user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and continuous funnel optimization.
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends and marketing technologies to keep our approach innovative and effective.

**2. Social Media & Content Strategy**
- Drive a unified content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to reflect brand voice and goals.
- Manage content calendars, track engagement KPIs, and optimize campaigns to grow and engage online communities.
- Align paid and organic efforts to ensure a seamless and impactful user journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Education, etc.) to curate timely and relevant content.

**3. Market Research & Consumer Insights**
- Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify trends, channel opportunities, and behavioral insights.
- Leverage data to guide campaign planning and inform product positioning.
- Map out and enhance the customer journey across key digital and offline touchpoints.

**4. Public Relations & Brand Visibility**
- Build strong media and influencer relationships to amplify our brand voice.
- Craft compelling press releases and manage proactive outreach to strengthen our brand’s reputation.
- Identify and evaluate new digital platforms and strategic partnerships to increase market visibility.

**5. Event & Webinar Marketing**
- Plan and execute impactful events, webinars, and workshops in collaboration with education and sales teams.
- Manage end-to-end event marketing, from pre-event promotions to post-event lead nurturing.
- Ensure brand-aligned, seamless experiences through meticulous planning and creative integration across channels.

**6. Reporting & Business Intelligence**
- Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports to highlight marketing’s contribution to KPIs (e.g., patient growth, course enrolments, and revenue).
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for ongoing optimization.

**7. Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on business goals, lead quality, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring timely, on-brand campaign execution.
- Track marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.

**8. Ad-Hoc Projects**
- Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by management to support evolving business needs.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
