Claudine is a neighbourhood French restaurant, presenting an intimate side of French cuisine, inspired by honest home-cooking and convivial meals. A concept by Julien Royer and The Lo & Behold Group.

We are looking for a service-driven leader to fill the role of a Service Supervisor for Claudine. Overseeing the service team, the role requires the individual to maintain the highest customer service standards during the service, while ensuring that procedures and protocols are fully followed. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are critical to drive the team effectively and efficiently through service.

**Scope**
- Leading service operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Order taking and menu description
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
- Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
- Assuring sufficient cash float before operations
- Supervising a team of captains/bartenders
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations
- Improving procedures and systems
- Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in service operations in a formal or fine dining restaurant with minimum 2 years of experience
- Any wine knowledge or experience in wine service will be favourably consider
- Driven and organised
- Well-groomed and possesses good communication skills
- A team player and a role model
- Eager to learn and has a passion in customer service
