**Responsibilities**
- Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customisations and amendments
- Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers
- Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales
- Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships
- Assist in operational procedures i.e. customisation of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management
- Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance of operational procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures
- Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and updates
- Follow up and maintain relationship with clients
- Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews
- Oversee sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team
- Handle other administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
- Min. 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Background of working in the travel/tourism or educational industry is a plus
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Knowledge in sales software such as Hubspot and Mailchimp is a plus
- Independent, results-driven, and able to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong copywriting and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good eye for aesthetics and detail
- Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing start-up/SME environment
