**Title**:Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, APAC - Healthcare
**Location**: Singapore
**About the company**:
Our client is a leading medical devices & pharmaceutical company seeking for a Regional Sales & Manager, to manage and expand the **indirect channel/distribution channel network**within key countries to drive business growth and to develop business relationships within key assigned markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will develop and **implement sales & marketing plans**to be the brand champion for our client.
- You understand market drivers and dynamics to craft relevant strategies to drive business and meet assigned countries’ specific goals and strategies.
- You will **select, appoint, negotiate and close business deals with channel partners**as well as perform market analysis and develop suitable pricing strategies.
- You will collaborate with cross functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.Comply and follow company SOPs and other relevant procedures as well as take on specific assigned ad-hoc projects to drive business.
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you have at least 6 to 8 years of regional experience in sales and channel management in healthcare related industries with strong sales track records and extensive experience within Asia.
- Experience in both B2C & B2B enviroment would be highly preferred.
- You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Healthcare equivalent fields.
- You are independent and highly driven, demonstrate extensive experience in business development strategies and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentYou are a go getter with a driven personality and be willing to travel extensively where necessary.
