**Job Description**:
Position Objective:
Residing under the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) organization, this position manages the planning and execution of projects/activities involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the Product Recovery and Enterprise Partnership between BU and ISC. Functional team members include, and are not limited to SSO (Strategic Sourcing), Operations/Manufacturing, MPS (Master Production Scheduler), BU Engineering etc. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending.

Monitors the projects/activities from initiation through delivery. Organizes the cross-functional activities ensuring completion of the projects/activities on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall project management responsibility. Scope and complexity of the projects can vary.

Essential Job Functions:

- Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for overall recovery program for assigned stream
- Ensure adequate support for the program
- Support all workshop planning and prework to drive urgency for recovery
- Establish KPI and metrics to measure progress
- Collaborate and support workstream analytics needs
- Mentor, pull in Subject Matter Expert (SME) and other workstream leads (make connections)
- Execute program as needed to move needle on recovery
- Act as the risk manager to manage the registry
- Other duties as assigned by Program Director

Basic Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:

- Minimum qualification of University Degree
- Background of studies, supply chain, engineering with experience in manufacturing.
- Management of plant workflow.
