**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will work in a team to review and resolve Third Party Providers / Integrators and customer’s issues, maintaining service levels and performance goals in order to foster customer loyalty and generate new revenue opportunities.
- You will identify customer needs though data analysis and customer engagement, suggest solutions and services to improve customer satisfaction.
- As part of customer service, you will support the design, delivery and evaluation of quality assurance programs in order to maintain and enhance quality customer service. With the use of relevant tools, you will drive initiatives with technology and work with relevant Business Units.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Tracing Department and provide support services to handling activities in the operational areas.
- Maintain good customer relationship with airline clients and cargo agents.
- Support the safety culture & responsibility amongst staff and contractors, ensuring continuous improvement with respect to workplace health and safety.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar environment
- Have an interest in operational and customer servicing work, preferably in the Cargo industry.
- A independent self-starter willing to accept accountability and with a sense of urgency
- Results-oriented, confident and resourceful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
