**Key Responsibilities** SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS - ECC and Cargo Solutions**

**As a Senior Executive / Executive, you will lead an operations team within our Cargo Airfreight Terminals to achieve operational excellence in our import and/or export cargo operations. You will also plan and introduce work improvement methods by conducting work-studies on processes with emphasis on staff deployment and development, technology-adoption, safety and compliance to regulatory requirements.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee entire operations and ensure shipments are processed on time and Key Performance Indicators are met, in accordance to expected safety, quality and operational standards
- Supervise and lead team of Duty Managers, Cargo Coordinators, Operations Assistants and Equipment Operators on operation activities
- Coordinate closely and follow-up on customer requests
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely lodge-in / clearance of customer shipments
- Carry out periodic meetings with customer on operational issues
- Carry out investigations on incidents
- Identify areas of improvement and using lean methodologies to streamline existing processes and reduce cost
- Ensure team members carry our best practices in safety, quality and operations
- Ensure general housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment and operational areas
- Generate periodic reports and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
- Keep abreast on new technology and automation that can improve productivity as well as enhance operational reliability and quality

**Key Requirements**
- Degree or diploma holder with at least 2 years operational experience in Logistics or Freight industries
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company
- Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
