**Requirements**:

- Responsible for regular patching, upgrade and maintenance and ensure compliance to IT security standards.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of experience in backup administration and support in multi platforms (e.g. Windows, Unix/Linux). Experience in the configuration and administration of Backup solution (e.g. NetBackup, Azure Backup, Networker, Data Domain, Tape Library, NDMP etc.).
- Experience with technical expertise in configuring and
administering data restore, disaster recovery, data backup and recovery for clients and servers.
- Experience in storage analysis, capacity planning and performance planning of storage components.
Perform routine equipment check and preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and fix backup and storage issues.
- Proficient in backup administration best practices, new technologies and recommend enhancements and configuration changes for backup optimization and improvement.

**Specialist (Junior)**

- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT service management, specializing in Change Management.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge in ITSM tools and platforms; e.g. BMC Remedy, MyIT, SmartIT etc.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in IT Service Management framework, development of Change Management reports and processes.
- Experience in managing, monitoring and improving Change Management processes.
- Develop Change Management plan, perform change impacts assessment and identify key stakeholders.
- Experience in chairing, coordinating and conducting Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) meetings to review and approve RFCs (Request for Change).
