- Sales & Business Development:_
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the target market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored security solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product and service offerings.
- Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on security solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and support) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Market & Product Knowledge:_
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and service offerings.
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance our solutions and meet market demands.
- Reporting and Administration:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Education or working experience in building technologies, sales, marketing, technology services are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solutions sales, preferably in the security, technology services or building/ facility -related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working experience with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of managed services sales is a strong plus.
