Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the design of global retail display and VM launch toolkits for key new product launches, conduct training to regional teams
- Highly involved in Integrated marketing plans for channel and Razerstore visual merchandising solutions
- Responsible for the design prototyping and output of the retail display including prototyping, sourcing, retail experience and artwork creation
- Responsible for the creation of planogram/props & retail displays from planning to execution in accordance to channel assortment, collaborating with Global Retail Marketing team on tier strategy/planning
- Attend to all regional requests for retail design planogram/VM related task on Jira
- Collaborate with regional marketing and global marketing team to understand channel market needs and execution
- Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines are consistent with brand’s aesthetics and are regionally relevant
- Support Razerstores/China Partner Stores visual merchandising needs ie. POSM, working with the Store Design Team for new store opening planogram and ordering of VM assets
- Collaborate with Planning, Graphics, Marketing and Operation Teams to understand market needs to create a seamless customer journey and to optimize sales potential
- Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure that POSMs are produced qualitatively and delivered within the stipulated timeline
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to establish broader VM needs to drive sales

Pre-Requisites:

- Degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Graphic Design
- At least 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising related role
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software or Sketchup will be an added advantage
- Good sense of design and possess an eye for detail
- Passionate gamer/enthusiast with a strong interest in tech and gaming industry
- Entrepreneurial/Startup mindset. Resourceful, able to create/initiate new processes from the ground up
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
