The **Visual Merchandising Manager **will design and implement visual merchandising strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, and optimizing the overall aesthetic appeal of the retail environment.

You will also
- Plan and design store layouts, ensuring an optimal flow that encourages customer engagement and enhances the overall shopping experience.
- Create visually appealing window displays to attract foot traffic.
- Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy within visual merchandising areas.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of displays and initiatives.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for visual merchandising materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, displays, and market dynamics.
- Incorporate relevant trends and innovations into visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and other relevant stakeholders to align visual merchandising efforts with broader marketing campaigns and sales goals.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and guidelines.

We want to speak with you if you are / have
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer behavior.
- A highly motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced growth scale-up environment.
