Employment Type: Permanent- Location: Singapore**The Role**:
This position will be responsible for supporting the administrative services in the planning, organising, and implementing various administrative functions and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the front office-related services such as reception, mail operation including couriers, library and tea lady services.
- Support the team in providing general administration and business services such as front office operations, telecommunications, parking administration, printing management, food and beverage management to the corporate offices.
- Support in the role of business continuity and risk management-related activities including at Corporate level.
- Upkeep the records and information activities for the department including the coordination among departments to ensure compliance in the group records management.
- Upkeep and maintain a calendar of important meetings and events at corporate offices.
- Organise corporate events and staff engagement activities.
- Prepare and compile annual budget, and exercise prudence in the use of funds, resources and consistently seek to optimise value for the organisation.
- Assist the Procurement team to ensure that all purchases and good receipts comply with the company’s procurement policy and are carried out in a timely manner.
- Assist the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team when required.
- Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Administration, Building or Facilities related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in administration, office management or facilities management.
- Experienced in leading teams and possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and communication.
- Able to adapt to frequent shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
