- Manage the store inventory and perform data entry.
- Use Microsoft programme to prepare letters, powerpoint slides and excel documents
- Handle counter service and manage telephone enquires [For Eg. Attend to calls at the general office and relay messages to the relevant personnel]
- Handle basic cleaning at the general office

- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- GCE 'O' level
- 2 years experience in related field
Good communication skill and able to work independently
- Profienct with Microsoft Office
Work hour: 6.45am to 3.45pm
