**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our Singapore team in a startup environment. This role provides a hands-on experience in diverse aspects of in-house marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist in coordinating orientation sessions and exit processes.
- **Employee Engagement**:Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve HR strategies.
- **HR Administration**:Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Provide support for payroll and attendance tracking as needed.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Able to commit to an internship duration of 3-6 months.
