- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the manager when necessary
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives and planned activities

**Requirements**:

- English & Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking customer
- Valid driving license is required
- Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Can-do attitude and self-motivated, be a good team player
- Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion
- With positive mind to adapt dynamic environment
