Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from enquiry to delivery.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Stay updated on new models, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
