Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle models and options to meet their needs. Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features. Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
