**About the role
As Senior UIUX Designer, you will lead the UIUX team that takes responsibility for all design aspects of our product. You'll work closely with our product manager and development team to create an amazing user interface that SMEs will love. This role involves a healthy mix of design, research, project management and high-level thinking required of this role.

We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a fast growing, multi-product environment to take our interface to the next level and who is passionate and interested in designing products that make business sense.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Working across the board with our management team on concept development and design ideas to provide user-friendly interfaces
- Working with the development team to identify issues, to design and solve to improve overall user experience and maximise business impact
- Support the management team by identifying business opportunities, collaborating on market launches and generating prototype for possible work
- Responsible for understanding the project requirements and transforming them into an intuitive and innovative user interface
- Design and validate user experiences through visual design, wireframes, flowcharts, user use cases and prototypes
- Review and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback
- Guide junior designers and promote a collaborative and positive working environment within the team
- Manage projects from conception to co-development with Product Director
- Owning project vision and strategy for an end-to-end design process. Above all, being a key role in creating and leading digital experience across multiple platforms

- Highly communicative and responsive to the team and clients while managing multiple projects
- Deep knowledge of various UIUX design disciplines
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (e.g. user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using **Figma**:

- Well-versed in undertaking user research, concept and usability testing
- Desired to be the leader in the company
