PURPOSE

Reporting to the Senior Product Designer, your main role in FWD will be to create new design flows as well as upgrading and adapting current user flows across the FWD’s website and mobile apps.

KEY REQUIREMENTS- Design intuitive web/mobile/tablet experiences based on the understanding of user personas, competitive market research, and business strategy across users' entire customer journey- Create design artefacts including web and mobile platform UI, illustrations, micro-animations, lead nurturing EDMs and more- Consult with stakeholders by communicating design effectively to understand their goals, and propose a user-centric approach to improve digital services- Report directly to the Senior Product Designer to deliver design requirements, with opportunities to own and lead your own design tasks- Execute all visual design stages from creating wireframes and prototypes, to final hand-offs for development, and design acceptance tests on staging platforms- Work closely with Product Managers / Product Owners to ensure all design work meets user needs and business requirements- Conduct user interviews, competitive research, and design explorations to acquire valuable customer insights- Be part of a collaborate design process by working closely with other designers in design critiques, sharing and accepting feedback openly to improve as a team- Leverage on and contribute to an ever-growing design system to produce well-documented developer handoff files- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE- 2+ years of experience in Product / UIUX design or similar agency role- Recent UI design portfolio that showcases web and mobile app designs. Portfolio should also demonstrate best practices for designing across various OS and platforms- Expert in UIUX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and SVGator- Experienced in setting up or working with a design system- Ability to present designs and rationales with clarity- Possess a great sense of team spirit and willing to go the extra mile to accomplish goals as a team- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies- Working knowledge of Design Thinking and/or UX design principles- Experience in Marketing and/or Communications design is an added advantage
