Uiux Designer

As an art director, you would play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging user experiences for digital products. You would lead and inspire a team of outsourced designers, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs and cohesive visual aesthetics. You will also work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing design solutions that enhance the user experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Leadership**: You would lead and inspire a team of outsourced designers, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs and cohesive visual aesthetics.
- **User-Centric Design**: You would work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing design solutions that enhance the user experience.
- **Design Strategy**: You would collaborate with stakeholders to define design strategies, establish design principles, and ensure consistency across different digital products and platforms.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**: You would contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's and its customers’ visual identity, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
- **Design Process Improvement**: You would actively contribute to improving the design process, implementing best practices, and staying updated on the latest design tools and trends to enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:You would collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.

- **Production**:You will be involved in various UI/UX **Design including but not limited to**:
**-**Graphic Design / Visual Communication - Graphic for website, layout design, logo, marketing material, photo editing.
Video Editing / Post Processing / Motion Graphic - After Effect, Animation for marketing video, interactive app assets.
- Liaise with client to obtain knowledge of their requirements.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating content creation and creative operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.

Produce the finished models/data according to specification

- Proven working experience as Art Director
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and analytical skills
- Positive culture, open-minded on new tools and new methods to do designs
- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
