**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking graduate to join our team as a Digitalization, Data and Innovation Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team driving digital transformation, data management and analytics as well as fostering innovation across the justice sector. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and data management / analytics, implement innovative solutions, and support strategic digital initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in identifying and implementing digital tools, platforms, and technologies to improve business efficiency.
- Support the team in planning, researching, and executing data management / analytics as well as innovation projects.
- Collect and analyze data to support organization development, digital initiatives and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, digital trends, data analytics and innovation methodologies.
- Support the development and testing of prototypes, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Assist in change management efforts related to digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.
