In-store Clienteling Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-Store High-End Manager to lead the operations of our luxury retail store. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, and ensuring that the store maintains the highest brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Experience**:
- Drive high-end product sales by offering tailored client experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and top spenders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet or exceed goals
- Handle customer concerns and resolve high-level service issues promptly
**Team Leadership**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver premium service
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to align staff with goals
**Store Operations**:
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling
- Ensure merchandising and visual standards align with brand guidelines
- Implement company policies and maintain operational excellence
**Brand Representation & Clienteling**:
- Act as a brand ambassador in and outside the store
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to cultivate loyalty
- Host in-store events or private appointments for elite clientele
