**Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job**

**The position is based in Singapore to support the Sales team. The core duties are to provide clerical and administrative support and perform operational functions of Point-Of-Sale terminal related activities**

**Responsibilities**
- **Entering merchant and account data from source documents within time limits**:

- **Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry**:

- **Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents**:

- **Scan documents and print files, when needed**:

- **Keep information confidential**:

- **Respond to queries for information and access relevant files**:

- **Comply with data integrity and security policies**:

- **Handle enquiries from internal and external customers**:

- **Filing of documents**:

- **Ad-Hoc duties includes but not limited to backing up office Admin and providing support to the team**

**Knowledge and Skill Required**
- **Banking experience and credit card knowledge, an advantage**

**Experience**
- **Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant working experience**

**Education**
- **Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant working experience**
