
Call Centre Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- N Level and above
- Able to multitask
- Able to work 12-hour night shift (9pm to 9am, 2-days-work-2-days-off on rotational basis)
- Able to work independently
**Additional Information**:
- Starting basic salary range of $1,700 to $1800
- 15 to 16 working days a month, depending on roster
- Training will be provided in office hours (9am to 6pm) for the first week
- Night-shift allowance of $10 per rostered night worked
- 12 weeks probation
- Incentives are applicable upon confirmation (more details during the interview)
