Continuous Improvement supports the equity operation teams for project and automation duties. We track requests raised by the team and liaise with respective project teams through the development process. Another task includes scripting automation for teams. We also support business administrative functions within the equity operations world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve team efficiency by scripting automation.
- Advice is a solution for daily process improvement.
- Identify areas where processes may be negatively affected by software / hardware changes.
- Connect with the respective support teams for items that are out of scope.
- Track request submission and completion.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
