PebbleRoad is a **remote-first company **. Yes, we have an office in Singapore, but it is used for team meetings, client meetings and celebrations.

**Our work**:
We design and build human-centred, modern digital services.

We excel in 3 areas:

- **Strategy**: We focus on creating business value. We engage business leaders in productivity, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, operational excellence and workplace culture.
- **Design**: We are design-led. We approach problems from an outside-in perspective, engage various stakeholders, test ideas and build prototypes.
- **Engineering**: We build digital services using a modern tech stack that includes low-code tools, AI/ML and APIs. And yes, we use Scrum as our development methodology.

We assign a team to each project (an engagement). Every team is cross-functional and dedicated. The team roles include Engagement Director, Product Owner, Product Designer, Content Strategists, UX Researchers and Engineers. These engagements may last between 3 to 18 months or more.

As a Digital Engagement Director, you will bring significant business, design and digital product expertise to lead our teams in delivering impactful and sustainable solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities are to work alongside other Digital Engagement Directors to oversee the strategy, design and delivery across several projects, including:

- Leading the engagement planning and budgeting.
- Defining deliverable structure and content.
- Facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of work.
- Managing engagement risks.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Contributing to the knowledge base regarding articles, templates and tool kits.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for someone who:

- 10+ years of digital strategy development and delivery experience for large-scale digital products.
- Outstanding portfolio of a diverse range of projects and work demonstrating:

- Human-centred design capabilities
- Design thinking + agile experimentation approach to problem-solving
- Future visioning and strategy development
- Creative synthesis and storytelling skills
- Experience working in a corporate setting, in-house for a digital product company, or in an agency driving digital work.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide high-performing teams using persuasion and influence.
- Strong communication skills.
