DESIGNATION : SCIS Postgraduate Professional Programmes Marketing Manager / Senior Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall recruitment efforts, advertising and promotion as well as the allocation of marketing budget for the Master of IT in Business (MITB) and SCIS Doctor of Engineering (EngD) programmes through traditional and digital marketing platforms, while ensuring that the marketing budget is spent in an effective and efficient manner
- Lead the marketing team to formulate and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students through traditional and digital media for the MITB and EngD programmes
- Drive enrolment activities to meet admissions target with the specified quality, quantity, and diversity criteria
- Responsible for the lead generation, nurturing and conversion process of prospective MITB and EngD students while supervising the marketing team
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as MITB and EngD Directors, Practicum Managers and other business units such as the Office of Cororate Communications, Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance (Postgraduate) and College of Graduate Research Studies to develop and execute effective and efficient, multi-touch marketing campaigns for MITB and EngD, as well as to derive insights and fresh ideas to be used in all marketing medium
- Represent and promote MITB and EngD through outreach events in Singapore and overseas. Develop and participate in physical and virtual events include information sessions, admission talks, roadshows, conferences, QS fairs and others
- Oversee the marketing collateral design and production for MITB and EngD programmes
- Drive MITB and EngD’s online presence - keeping all digital marketing channels updated and content refreshed to ensure that our prospects, industry partners, students and alumni are constantly engaged. Digital channels include: EngD website, MITB website, MITB social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat)
- Track and measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and digital platforms and to review against target enrolment
- Collect market intelligence and provide analysis of key target markets and marketing recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration specialising in Marketing from an established University
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing education products, wholesale and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good command of English and Chinese language
- Has a good flair for marketing with knowledge of various suitable marketing platforms to reach out to various target audience from different parts of the world
- Develop innovative and effective marketing pitch and marketing collateral designs
- Well-versed in digital marketing such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat social media marketing platforms, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics
- Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms. Preferably Act-On and Oracle CX Sales
- Proactive, has good PR skills and sales/conversion track record
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, organised, able to work independently or in a team to meet tight deadlines
- Occasional travel required in the region
