This role reports to the Senior Director of People & Organization for BASEA.

**The Position
This role will be in charge of building capable, clear and confident frontline teams across affiliates, locally and regionally who support our customers across the different brands within Novo Nordisk Business Area Southeast Asia (BASEA). Major responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement commercial solutions and projects to address key commercial capability gaps with the ambition to develop frontline organization of the future.
- Contribute as an expert for commercial capability building and contribute to the development of the commercial training strategies and tactics for BASEA.
- Collaborate across functions and support change management process for BASEA.
- Establish BASEA capability lead network to periodically review performance as a group, discuss business challenges, share better practices, and implement actions to improve commercial capability building, commercial execution and business performance.
- Establish better practice learning and development solutions involving partnering with external experts/vendors to identify emerging trends in learning and development, assess need for BASEA and coordinate implementation of relevant learning solution.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant area, possibly Pharmacy, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or other.
- With at least 8 years of relevant experience in training and development roles, preferably gained in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
- Must have a strong communication, social, and executive presentation skills.
- Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry is required.
