**What the role is**
- CLC is accredited by the Public Service Division to train Public Service leaders to acquire the knowledge and skills to build a liveable and sustainable Singapore.
You will assist in CLC's highly-rated programmes for local and overseas participants, curated to help participants understand Singapore's urban transformation and current issues (housing, water, transport, etc.).
There will be opportunities to learn the urban stories, current and future trends from many public service speakers and urban pioneers, as well as to experience interesting integrated Singapore learning journeys.
You will also learn how to develop, organise and run training events smoothly and effectively.
Opportunities to learn high level strategic issues concerning urban development.
**What you will be working on**
- You will assist in the organisation and delivery of Capability Development, International and Advisory Programmes (both in-class and learning journeys), including:
- Procurement;
- Vendor liaison & management;
- Contract administration;
- Management of the programmes;
- Management of communication to public sector participants, agencies, including MFA and overseas participants;
- Help provide inputs into and administer the Learning Management System (LMS);
- Compilation of course statistics/ratings etc; and
- Any other relevant capability development matters
