Job Description

Overall Role Purpose

The primary responsibility for this role is to strategically lead, manage and monitor the provision of Enterprise Risk Management (including BCP and Insurance) services to entire Group and associated subsidiaries.

Person Specifications:

- 12 years or more relevant experience in ERM and BCP
- Track record in managing Board of Directors’ Risk Committee in terms of

presentations and answering queries, etc.
- Experience in international expansion, transformation, financial exposure,

business environment plus digital disruption.
- Able to manage difficult stakeholders, resilient, and deal with ambiguity

Key Responsibilities and Results Areas:

- Lead in driving and enhancing established ERM framework, methodologies and tools by working with heads of risk owners in risk monitoring and reporting.
- Provide leadership in preparing materials for and secretariat role to Board Risk & Technology Committee meetings and Business Continuity Council meetings.
- Develop business process/models to assist in Key Risks Indicators monitoring and risk management decision making. Ensure timely submissions of risk reports. Promote and create awareness of risk management accountability and process in accomplishing corporate objectives.
- Design and review the organization’s operating guidelines and policies to manage, neutralize or mitigate risks. Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and diligently track/report issues. Assist business/support units in implementing risk management framework and continuously improving risk management capabilities.
- Assist in the creating awareness and training for ERM risk owners and risk representatives. Consolidate all risk materials and prepare reports for presentation to the quarterly Board Risk & Technology meeting and Board meeting. Manage Enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management efforts.
- BCM/P: Lead in ensuring BCM Framework, Master Crisis Directives
and Pandemic Flu Framework are up-to-date and maintained according to business and market needs, work with BCP Asia to conduct training for BCP and also annual exercises, and identify together with respective Heads the appointment of their
respective BCP representatives. Adhoc projects such as leading COVID-19 Pandemic taskforce.
- Group Insurance includes responsible for needed and timely renewal of all key insurance policies for BUs / SUs and subsidiaries, coordination of bringing Foreign subsidiaries on board to our insurance broker and aligned some insurance policies to
our Group Insurance Policies, as well as conducting briefings for colleagues to be
familiar what to declare using the insurance renewal templates.
