We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

1 Responsibilities
- Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule.
- Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support following SDLC and Agile
- Collaborate and work closely with our banking client's vendor project teams to deliver the project/release as directed and assigned by them.
- Communicate status reporting to client's stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage change requests.
- Working on regular basis with off-site project development team of client's vendor, to track resource planning, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Enforce the BNPP's project management policies and procedures on relevant client's team members and client's vendors.
- Use BNPP's Clarity tool to provide
- Baselining of project acitivities
- Project Cards
- Tracking of ActualsRisk Monitoring
- Contributes towards the end-to-end use of client's new productsContributes towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives

2.4.2 Skill Set Requirements:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as IT Project manager
- Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking.
- Strong strategist and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding.
- Exposure to across the organizational verticals and Senior Management.
- Knowledge on Supply Chain financing, Accounting and Payments preferable.
