- Job Category: Research- Posting Date: 16 Sep 2024The Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) was formed in 2016 to be the central coordinating platform for multi-centre clinical trials and translational research for thoracic malignancies in the Asia Pacific region. It is hosted by National Cancer Centre Singapore.

We are looking for a Program Specialist who will manage projects related to translational science across Asia. This role requires interactions with healthcare institutions, industry partners, vendors and other stakeholders. There will be many opportunities to lead and develop new projects and initiatives internally and internationally.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage translational research studies on a regional level by liaising with collaborators and sites on study set-up and maintenance, contracting, finances, biological samples collection, data collection, etc;
- Management of data collected through electronic data capture systems
- Review and manage study
- related contracts
- Ensure successful and compliant operation of translational research studies in accordance with GCP and regulatory requirements;
- Organise meetings related to translational research studies and events (eg. advisory board meetings, educational webinars);
- Provide bi-weekly reports of study progress
- Draft engaging study reports
- Any other administrative tasks in daily operations of ATORG and international networks supported by ATORG.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Science with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably as a Clinical Research Coordinator;
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements for conduct of clinical studies;
- Ability to engage across multiple domains including site investigators and personnel, key opinion leaders, industry partners, vendors;
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, analytical and mature personality;
- Able to work in a team and independently;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English;
- Minimal to no travelling required.
