Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and functional requirement documentation, including presentation packs.
  • Perform thorough testing for SIT/UAT to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare clear communications and training deliverables for operational readiness activities.
  • Effectively manage and track assigned projects, plans, and deliverables to required standards.
  • Proactively communicate status, issues, resolutions, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or team members.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple channels to ensure requirements are clearly documented and strategic.
  • Implement best practices and global consistency, simplifying processes, controls, and flows.
  • Support stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, including testing and operational readiness planning.
  • Drive change to reduce risk profiles and promote adherence to program processes and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering transformation programs in a fast-paced, large-scale organization.
  • Strong program management skills, including milestone tracking and maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly document findings and proposals for solutions using relevant tools.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and operate with minimal direct supervision.
  • Experience leading and driving working groups with senior stakeholders.
  • Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience.
