Program Management Research Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Management Research Specialist to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of international partnership programs within our team.

This role blends program management with applied research support, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee program operations, monitor outcomes, and ensure a high-quality participant experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate partnership programs.
  • Design program schedules, coordinate logistics, and facilitate communication between participants, faculty, and research staff.
  • Track program outcomes, analyze participant feedback, and generate reports to inform continuous improvement and research insights.
  • Support research team members by integrating training data and program observations into broader research and knowledge initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with faculty members, researchers, and operational teams to deliver seamless program execution.
  • Liaise with external academic, industry, and regulatory partners to ensure alignment of program objectives with stakeholder needs.

Quality Assurance & Analysis:

  • Monitor program delivery to ensure operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-program evaluation, compiling both qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact.
  • Contribute to knowledge outputs (e.g., briefing notes) derived from program findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., economics, finance, business, social sciences, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or academic/research support roles.
  • Familiarity with financial technology trends, digital tools, or higher education training programs is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple programs in parallel.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality assurance and enhancing the learner/researcher experience.
