**Roles & Responsibilities**

Our client, an industry leader in the world's largest supplier of SMT equipment, located at Yishun has immediate vacancies for Business Administrator (1 Year Contract, Salary Range : S$3,000 to S$3,500 per month with other benefits).

**Role**:

- The Business Administrator is responsible for processing and managing the sales order from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC) for factory. He/She will ensure deliveries are fulfilled in accordance to the processes and performance indicators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the machine orders from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC)
- Export data maintenance
- Create order confirmations for all orders in PLIC Singapore
- Create change notes in orders
- Create tax invoices
- Generate pick and packing list report for shipment to ATM
- Cost recovery for freight, packing and storage costs
- Credit notes to ATM for Goods returned and variance
- Education and Language Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain
- Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
- Has handled processes in a supply chain/logistics environment
- Self-motivated and independent
- Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up/ramp down volume
- Pays attention to details and ability to change at short notices
- Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties (e.g. Regional trading centres, forwarders, suppliers, etc.)
- Knowledge in using SAP and Microsoft Excel
