**Your team**:

- Banque Pictet & Cie S A is a leading financial institution offering private banking services, tailored solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. Pictet has been present in Singapore for more than 25 years where it employs more than 200 people.

**Your role**:

- Provide solution-oriented, pragmatic and timely legal advice to grow the Bank and support its various business lines and ongoing operations, in close partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice and support on credit and security matters and issues.
- Draft, review, update and negotiate banking and other agreements (with clients, third parties or intragroup), and transaction documents.
- Support new local and global projects (new business initiative, product or service etc).
- Advise on the handling of complaints and disputes, if any.
- Closely monitor legal developments to provide advice/updates to Head Office and Senior Management on the impact of such developments on the Bank.
- Conduct trainings on legal documentation and potential legal risk topics for employees.

**Your profile**:

- Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 8-10 years’ experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, focusing on private banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore banking law and regulations
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
- Proactive, adaptable and open to innovation
- This position requires a proactive legal professional who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams and provide strategic legal guidance across multiple domains.
