- Sale and advise on Capital Market Products(FX and OTC Derivative Contracts, Structured Product)
- Work proactively to meet team revenue goals and acquire new customers to expand the customer base
- Conduct Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence (Customer Risk Profiling) and Product Due Diligence & Product Risk Rating process
- Build strong relationship with customers to develop revenue opportunities and deliver a high quality of service
- Manage and respond daily customers’ requests
- Evaluate and manage customer credit rating, limits and post-sales follow-up
- Revise and update P&P, manual and any related documents
- Arrange and attend internal/external meetings and committees
- Develop innovative product solutions and new marketing initiatives
- Establish policies, procedures, manuals and all customer documentations related to the Capital Markets Sales business
- Conduct UAT testing with all internal stakeholders to ensure that all relevant systems can support the end-to-end trade flow
- Present in the New Business Activity Process and seek approvals from all relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to regulations and internal policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FX and derivatives sales, preferably within a corporate banking or institutional setting.
- Required: CM-EIP(M6), CM-SIP(M6A), RES1B(M1B), RES2B(M2A), FMRP
- Strongly Recommended: RES5(M5)
- Possess good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative attitude, and team harmony with integrity and honesty
