Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice and sales of capital market products, including FX OTC derivatives and structured products, to corporate and institutional clients.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice and sales of capital market products to corporate and institutional clients.
  • Develop tailored investment and hedging solutions in line with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate a pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate recurring business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Responding to daily client inquiries and providing high-touch service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Following up on post-sale activities and monitoring deal lifecycle to ensure service continuity.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in FX and derivatives sales, preferably within a corporate or institutional banking environment.
  • Experience with structured products and knowledge of capital market instruments.
