The Head of Program (Vendor Environment) is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall program management, turnkey projects, and team management within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the profitability and success of the program, as well as managing the delivery of the program within the specified timelines and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: The Head of Program will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire program, including all turnkey projects and initiatives. They will ensure that all projects are aligned with the program goals, and that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- APAC Management: The Head of Program will oversee the program's implementation within the APAC region, working closely with the program team to ensure that all projects are executed according to the regional requirements and regulations.
- Team Management: The Head of Program will be responsible for managing the program team, providing guidance, and support as required. They will also ensure that the team is properly staffed, trained, and equipped to complete all tasks successfully.
- P&L Management: The Head of Program will be responsible for managing the program's overall P&L, ensuring that all revenue and expenses are accounted for, and that profitability is maximized.
- Top and Bottom Line Growth: The Head of Program will be responsible for driving top and bottom line growth, developing strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Program Delivery: The Head of Program will be responsible for ensuring that all program deliverables are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing program risks and issues, and developing and implementing contingency plans as required.
- Resource Management: The Head of Program will be responsible for managing program resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. They will ensure that resources are allocated efficiently, and that all resources are fully utilized throughout the program.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on turnkey projects and team management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex programs within the APAC region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve program goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage program P&L, and drive top and bottom line growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on program-level goals and objectives.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
