
Operations Administrative Officer

**Reporting to the Operations Manager, the key role of the Operations Admin Officer is to:
- Provide administrative support to the operations department.
- Attend to preliminary queries made by Tenants, vendors, Operations, and administration team.
- Prepare and send out purchase/work orders, work requisitions, etc.
- Process documents for payment of the invoice by matching with delivery/work orders/service reports and submit for payment authorisation.
- Monitor term contracts and licenses, process payment, and update all expenses committed in budget-controlled forms.
- Facilitate collection of cheques or bank payments and submit them to Finance for processing.
- Manage carpark complimentary tickets and company season’s parking listing.
- Monitor carpark sales trends and compile all carpark statistics monthly for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Compile information & reports within the department and liaise with other departments.
- Assist with any other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Business Administration
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
