We are a rapidly growing regulated crypto exchange, and we’re seeking an **Executive Recruiter** to support our global expansion. You will take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and closing **high-priority and impactful roles**, including senior and executive positions. This hands-on role requires flexibility and the ability to quickly address urgent hiring needs, working closely with leadership to drive the recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your expertise will be key in building a world-class team that supports our continued success and scaling efforts.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Proven experience in recruitment**, with a strong track record of **successfully filling senior and high-priority roles**.- Ability to manage multiple, urgent hiring needs at once with quick execution and a high level of **flexibility**.
- Excellent in **sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with top talent** across a range of functions and regions.
- **Results-driven** with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet hiring goals.
- **Self-starter mentality** with strong ownership and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Familiar with **recruitment tools** and platforms to streamline sourcing and hiring efforts.
