You will take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and closing **high-priority and impactful roles**, including senior and executive positions. This hands-on role requires flexibility and the ability to quickly address urgent hiring needs, working closely with leadership to drive the recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your expertise will be key in building a world-class team that supports our continued success and scaling efforts.
