Our client is looking for a superstar Recruitment Partner specialised in Technology to help us spread the word about how you can take control of verifiable credentials and selectively share them through decentralized technologies. This person will also be spearheading the internal recruitment encompassing IT and technical roles.

As a Recruitment Partner, you will also play the role of team manager to junior recruiters, ensure succession and growth plans are in place in accordance to company culture and ways of work.

**What are the qualities we're looking for**:
Well seasoned TRecruiter with strong technical recruitment skills surrounding fulfilment of IOT from recruitment agencies or from internal recruitment
Able to hit the grown running in a high-growth tech-driven startup
Are curious and highly current in the recruitment scene with solid foundations in stakeholder management, great appreciation to market developments/changes and ability spearhead communities
Have a growth mindset and enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone to learn and develop, with a heart to share and guide team members to grow the capabilities of the Talent team
